About the role
As a Shift Manager at Buffalo Wild Wings GO, you will assist the General Manager in daily operations. You will supervise the operations on a shift-by-shift basis and assist in coaching team members to ensure tasks are performed effectively, creating legendary experiences for guests.
Responsibilities

- Coach team members to ensure tasks are performed effectively
- Create legendary experiences for guests
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older (or higher, per applicable law)
- Must be certified in state, county, or local food handling requirements
- Preferably have at least two years of restaurant, quick service restaurant, or Buffalo Wild Wings experience
- Must have exceptional guest service skills

- Eligible to work in the U.S.
