Shift Manager and Shift Leads

About the role

Linders' Family McDonalds is seeking new Shift Managers to lead weekly shifts and ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan for each shift and monitor performance during the shift
• Ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for their shift
• Meet targets during their shifts and help assigned Departments meet their goals
• Manage food safety, inventory, daily maintenance and cleanliness, and crew
• Ensure quality food production and exceptional customer service
• Manage safety and security
• Schedule and train new employees

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment
• A positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $18.00 per hour.

Schedule

Shifts are typically 8 hours long and may vary based on business needs.
