Requirements
Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. They provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness to customers. Shift Managers perform various tasks such as planning for each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring the team meets McDonald’s standards, managing safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager.
- May be responsible for meeting targets during their shifts and helping assigned Departments meet their goals.
- Manage inventory, daily maintenance, and cleanliness.
- Ensure quality food production and exceptional customer service.
- Manage crew and handle scheduling.
- Train new employees.
Qualifications
A Shift Manager should have previous leadership experience, preferably within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Positive team players with a flexible schedule are preferred. Passion for working in the fast-paced McDonald’s environment is required.
Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our restaurants.
Skills
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively is crucial.

Pay
Competitive pay starting at $18/hour based on location and leadership certifications. Exceptions can be made based on experience.
