Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor shifts to ensure efficient operation
• Maintain high levels of quality, service, and cleanliness
• Enforce McDonald’s standards and policies
• Communicate effectively with the next shift leader
• Manage inventory and daily maintenance
• Train and supervise staff
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
• Manage crew schedules
• Meet departmental targets

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work various shifts
• Must be 18 years or older

Skills

Effective communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential. Familiarity with McDonald’s operational standards and procedures is required.
