Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor shifts to ensure efficient operation
• Maintain high levels of quality, service, and cleanliness
• Ensure compliance with McDonald’s standards and policies
• Communicate effectively with the next shift leader
• Manage inventory, daily maintenance, and crew scheduling
• Handle food safety and internal communication
• Support the team in achieving departmental goals
• Address customer complaints and resolve issues
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a secure environment

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule and willingness to adapt to the demands of the job
• Ability to communicate effectively and manage a team
• Age 18 or older

Skills

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. Knowledge of McDonald’s standards and procedures is required.
