We’re looking for a motivated, experienced, wellness-focused leader to guide our crew at Smoothie King Margate. As Team Lead, you’ll keep operations smooth, inspire your team, and help guests crush their health goals one smoothie at a time.

Requirements
- Leadership experience in food service or retail (required).
- A passion for health and wellness.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a team-first mindset.
- 18+ and ready for flexible shifts, including weekends.
