Responsibilities
- Partner with the General Manager to keep the store running smoothly
- Hire, train, coach, and motivate an all-star team that delivers WOW-level guest experiences
- Support day-to-day store operations using tools like P&L statements, scheduling systems, inventory management, and daily business reviews
- Collaborate with the GM to blend operational excellence with fun, high-energy leadership
- Roll out local marketing initiatives, community events, and promotions that get guests excited
- Ensure every smoothie meets brand standards—fresh, fast, and flavorful
- Monitor KPIs, store performance, and guest feedback to spot opportunities and drive improvement
- Manage cash handling, deposits, and financial accuracy
- Manage store cleanliness and ensure food safety
- Champion company programs, promotions, and standards with confidence
- Model our culture, mission, and core values every shift, every blend
Requirements
- A High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a shift lead or supervisor in a restaurant or customer-focused retail environment
- Open availability with willingness to work weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
- Comfort using POS systems, basic computer programs, Microsoft Word & Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and the community
- ServSafe Certification (or willingness to obtain)
