About the role

Discover How We Help Adults Rebuild Their Lives. Valley's EPIC residential treatment and housing programs provide compassionate, evidence-based support for adults navigating behavioral health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the work activities and expectations of a team during assigned shifts on a residential or housing unit
• Promote a culture of strong performance and high morale
• Ensure the completion of operational goals within required timelines
• Ensure employee compliance with company policy, procedure, and operational expectations
• Perform client care responsibilities including targeted case management, medication distribution, client transportation, etc.
• Complete tasks and projects as assigned by Team Lead or Program Manager
• Coverage of shift duties as assigned

Requirements

• Six months Certified Case experience and/or six months of behavioral health experience
• Licenses/Certifications: CPR certification (post hire as needed), Case Manager certification (post hire as needed)
• Driving positions require a current Utah Driver’s license, must be 21

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications: Two years of behavioral health experience, One year of supervisory experience

Pay

Range starts at $20.65/hour (pay is calculated based on years of related experience)

Schedule

Monday - Friday | 10am - 6pm (may vary - weekend & holiday availability as needed)
