Shift Lead FullTime (Eaze)

About the role

Eaze is a growing cannabis retailer with one grow and many stores in the state of Florida.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell products
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Enhance the customer experience in-store
• Act as a keyholder responsible for opening and closing the store
• Ensure proper and accurate use and training of the POS system
• Handle cash processing
• Conduct safe audits
• Manage change drops
• Greet and check in customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Assist customers in-store, on the phone, and process online orders
• Encourage sales through customer engagement, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and maintain full understanding of the training and compliance binder
• Assist with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise
• Uphold company policies and procedures and MED compliance standards
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring proper signage, price tickets, and marketing materials are visible and updated
• Maintain a clean, neat, and well-stocked store and perform general housekeeping duties
• Support management in training new employees

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, or GED
• Reliable transportation to the store
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs.
• Ability to stand, sit, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach
• Willing and able to submit fingerprints for a Level 2 background screening upon hire

Qualifications

• Sales experience in a retail store environment is preferred
• Customer service experience in restaurant, hospitality, and/or retail
• Reliable, punctual, dependable, and trustworthy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Pay

$16/hour
