About the role
As a SHI Channel Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving sales within the channel partner ecosystem. This includes working closely with partners to understand their needs, developing strategies to increase market share, and ensuring successful implementation of SHI solutions. You will also be expected to manage relationships with key partners, attend industry events, and contribute to the growth of the channel network.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth for SHI within the channel partner ecosystem
- Work closely with partners to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
- Manage relationships with key partners, including regular check-ins and quarterly reviews
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay informed about market trends and connect with potential partners
- Contribute to the growth of the channel network by fostering strong partnerships and providing exceptional customer service
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales or technical role, preferably in the technology industry
- Proven track record of success in driving sales and managing relationships with partners
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems is preferred

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
