Key Skills/Responsibilities

• Captain of Hospitality: Ensure guests feel welcomed; coach and train team.
• Operations & Compliance Guru: Uphold grooming, safety, and certification standards.
• Admin Ace: Handle payroll, scheduling, and reports; track staff hours and productivity.
• Quality & Promotions Pro: Ensure food quality and taste; create promotions and manage inventory.

Education & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years’ progressive experience in hospitality, or a relevant college degree with related experience.
• Proficient in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing; strong financial and arithmetic skills.
• Supervisory experience preferred, with excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to stay composed and objective under pressure.
