Key Skills/Responsibilities

  • Captain of Hospitality: Ensures the guest experience is welcoming from lounge to banquet.
  • Coaches and trains team to run shifts smoothly.
  • Handles payroll, scheduling, and reports, tracking staff hours and productivity.
  • Ensures food quality and creates promotions, oversees inventory and beverage purchasing.
  • Communicates effectively, addresses guest requests or concerns, ensures satisfaction.
  • Analyzes reports, attends meetings, and jumps in wherever needed.

Education & Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years’ progressive experience in hospitality, or a relevant college degree with related experience.
  • Proficient in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing; strong financial and arithmetic skills.
  • Supervisory experience preferred, with excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to stay composed and objective under pressure.
