Shelter Support - Overnight Shifts (Friday & Saturday)

Role Overview Seeking a Guest Services Associate to deliver exceptional customer service at a 24/7 emergency shelter for families experiencing homelessness. This part-time overnight position involves greeting guests, managing intake, processing vouchers, responding to guest needs, answering phones, and maintaining front desk policies. Responsibilities include stocking and cleaning as needed, ensuring a welcoming environment. The role requires a collaborative, resourceful, and adaptable mindset.
