About the role

Lead and train a crew of 5 to 6 people in field applications. Work with the field supervisor to communicate with customers and management. Handle paperwork, time sheets, and ensure compliance with CentiMark safety policies. The majority of our workforce has been with us over 5 years, and immediate interviews are available.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train a crew of 5 to 6 people in sheet metal roofing applications
• Collaborate with field supervisors to communicate with customers and management
• Complete paperwork and time sheets accurately
• Enforce CentiMark safety policies and procedures
• Work weekends, holidays, and overtime as required
• Travel out of town for projects when necessary

Requirements

• Minimum of two (2) or more years’ experience in commercial roofing
• Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety
• Experience with metal roofing systems (Standing Seam, Double Lock Trap Panel, "R" Panel, and Architectural Standing Seam is a plus)
• Valid state driver’s license in good standing
• Reliable transportation
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and climb ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet

Pay

$80,000+ annually, based on experience.
