Responsibilities
- Make telephone-scheduled bookings with clients who have completed an application for optic fibre to be installed at their premises.
- Schedule installation work orders.
- Regular follow‑up and contract attempts.
- Handle scheduled escalation tickets.
- Achieve or exceed minimum schedule targets.
Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
- At least 3 years’ experience in a call‑centre or customer‑relations environment (advantage).
Skills
- Proficiency with MS Office, Excel, Word, email and internet.
Pay
Market related salary.
Location: Johannesburg, South Africa.
