About the role
Assists area in any jobs the department needs assistance in. Performs other tasks as required.
Responsibilities
- Inspect laminate & laminate panels
- Flip laminate & laminate panels
- Make boxes for packing kits
- Set up tables, pallets and skids for inspection & packing process
- Band pallets
- Operate lifts
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Move inspected material to staging area
- Basic computer skills
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Knowledge of safety standards applicable to the work area
- Ability to understand and follow instructions
- Ability to read a tape measure (to 16th)
Requirements
- Education: High School Graduate or GED
- Experience: Minimum/No Experience
Working Conditions
Physical Requirements
Continuous physical exertion is required, such as walking/pushing/climbing and lifting material or equipment of heavy weight (>50 lbs).
Environment
Located in an indoor area with frequent exposure to mild physical discomfort from dust, fumes, temperature extremes, loud noises and bright lights.
