  • Ensure schedule structure aligns with government and industry best practices (GAO-16-89G, Schedule Assessment Guide).
  • Engage with engineering, operations, logistics, and service stakeholders to collect planning data and maintain situational awareness across product development, capability deployment, and joint experimentation activities.
  • Coordinate information across geographically dispersed teams to maintain synchronization.
  • Identify and schedule resources to ensure balanced capacity and minimize conflicts across development, deployment, experimentation, and joint exercises.
  • Identify required systems, equipment, cloud/on-prem resources, networks, and infrastructure needed to support experimentation, and integrate them into the IMS.
  • Identify and report cost and schedule risks; propose mitigation strategies beyond simple schedule adjustments.
  • Develop, integrate, and manage scheduling activities that comply with program or product requirements.

  • Conduct critical path, schedule slack, and predecessor/successor analyses.
  • Perform Schedule Risk Assessments.
  • Develop schedule metrics aligned with the Requirements Verification Traceability Matrix (RTVM) and recommend updates to improve program monitoring and reporting.

  • 3+ years of experience developing schedules within project management services.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, JIRA, and related scheduling tools.
  • Experience developing and applying Work Breakdown Structures (level 4).
  • Experience developing and managing Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).
  • Ability to learn and apply technical concepts, including integration environments and cloud/on-prem resources.
  • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, data-mining, and communication skills.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to coordinate across military, government civilian, and contractor personnel.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, operations research, national security studies, or a related field.
  • TS/SCI clearance.

Desired Experience

  • Prior military or government experience in joint planning or technical operations.
  • Experience supporting or employing JFN, CJADC2, or other advanced joint C2/fires systems.

Schedule

  • Ability to work within JMIE PM schedule requirements; schedule varies based on task criticality.
  • Ability to perform onsite work in secure facilities at least 75% of the time.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $150,000/year to $180,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on established government contract ranges, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, and other factors.
