Responsibilities

• Master pick-to-light systems to accurately pull orders.
• Count garments, verify SKUs, add totes to orders, split totes, and manage short totes.
• Process a high volume of work independently while maintaining quality and quantity standards.
• Accurately pull orders and replacements.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment by discarding empty boxes and trash.
• Verify work integrity and customer satisfaction by ensuring accurate order pulls by count and SKU.

Requirements

• High school diploma preferred but not required.
• Prior experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Physical Demands

• Regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
• Frequently stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, stoop, or kneel.

Work Environment

• Works near mechanical parts.
• Moderate noise level in the working area.
