• Validation Officer

  Qualification: Pharm-D
  Experience: 2-3 Years in relevant field

  • Write, review and execute all validation related protocols and validation reports.
  • Ensure day-to-day and routine validation challenges are resolved in a compliant, effective and timely manner.
  • Ensure that site activities associated with validation and qualification are in compliance with our quality system and GMP requirements.
  • Prepare and implement the ‘Master Validation Plan’ covering all major activities related to process, cleaning and equipment.
  • Conduct review meetings (Monthly and annually) and update the status regularly.
  • Perform daily Calibration of different Equipment.
  • Support USR, FATS, SATs, DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ as appropriate of plant and equipment, reviewing documentation and advising team members to deliver best practice.
  • Develop CAPA, identifying issues, implementing resolution plans, evaluating criticality, investigating root cause, communicating CA-PA-related information, and closing CAPA.

• Sr. QC Analyst / QC Analyst

  Qualification: Pharm-D / BS Chemistry
  Experience: 2-3 years

  • Analyze the quality of product, perform different tests and perform stability studies.
  • Carry out analysis of bulk, intermediate, finished products and starting materials.
  • Perform daily, weekly and monthly calibration of equipment/instrument.
  • Perform sampling and labelling of starting materials.

• QA Inspector

  Experience: 1-2 Years experience in relevant field

  • Line clearance before starting production activities.
  • Collection and physical testing of in-process samples.
  • Monitor in-process production activities.
  • Investigate and report in-process/final product and processes that do not meet quality specifications and document in a deviation report.
