Shag Truck Driver, 3rd Shift - Exmark

About the role

As a Shag Truck Driver, you will support operations on the 3rd shift.

Schedule

Sunday 10:00 pm – Friday 6:00 am

Pay

Starting pay: $26.46 per hour

Responsibilities

• Verify that products missing parts are placed in a non-shippable location.
• Operate all motorized equipment in an orderly and safe manner; report operating deficiencies.
• Maintain a valid CDL license to operate outside tractors.
• Move trailers to and from docks to final destination points.
• Ensure trailers are locked into place at docks.
• Inspect truck tires, brakes, fuel, oil, and water; keep equipment clean.
• Report any damage or accidents incurred during operation to maintenance and supervision.
• Maintain an updated daily log on trailer status.
• Identify and apply Lean methodologies to ensure processes are scientifically controlled and continuously improved.

Requirements

• Valid CDL license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Ability to lift/move up to 10 pounds regularly, 25 pounds frequently, and 40 pounds occasionally.
