About the role
The San Francisco Office of Paul Hastings is seeking a junior or midlevel Corporate associate (3rd - 6th year) to join our Chambers Ranked Band 1 (U.S.) Global Fintech and Payment Systems practice.
This is an exciting opportunity to help clients build innovative financial services and products, negotiate commercial financial services agreements, and to assist in financial services licensing and enforcement-related matters. The role requires creative and critical thinking, attention to detail, excellent research and writing skills, and strong judgment. Candidates should have financial services regulatory experience, preferably in either the Fintech or Banking context. Experience with NMLS, consumer finance, payments or consumer protection preferred. Strong academic credentials and law firm experience are required.
