About the role
You’ll join a high-performing practice working on a variety of finance transactions, including broadly syndicated credit facilities, acquisition financings, and private credit deals. The team represents both lenders and borrowers, including private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies.
Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate key finance documents: credit agreements, commitment letters, security agreements
- Cook up due diligence, closing deliverables, and internal/external deal teams
- Give advice on deal structures and manage workstreams with partners and clients
- Take the lead on components of transactions with autonomy and support
Requirements
- 3–6 years of solid experience in finance transactions (lender and borrower side)
- Strong background in syndicated lending, sponsor finance, and private credit
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and drafting skills
- Proven ability to manage deal flow and client expectations
- Admitted to a U.S. state bar
Qualifications
- Law degree from an accredited law school
- Passionate about finance and corporate law
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
