Responsibilities
- Recognize, respond to, and correct failures in the Die Cast die, trim die, and start‑up lube systems.
- Execute the preventive maintenance program for all lube systems, including spray heads.
- Identify and appropriately address leaks.
- Install and remove cover and ejector dies.
- Calibrate flow meters in the work cells.
- Perform reciprocator changes on the Die Cast machine.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous manufacturing experience, with responsibility for troubleshooting equipment and issues.
