About the role
This seminar engages the skills of 'Branding' to address issues of climate action. Many NGOs, national and global climate organizations are leaders of the climate movement through "brands." At the core of this class is to explore the power of storytelling and branding to influence perspectives and behavior in climate action. Students will study frameworks for understanding and building brands, how storytelling impacts perception and galvanizes action, and the history of the environmental movement.
Responsibilities
- Attending meetings required by program director;
- Preparation and delivery of course material;
- Managing digital teaching materials;
- Preparation and delivery of assignments, tests, final examinations and deferred final examinations;
- Marking of student work, submission of grades;
- Dealing with student enquiries, appeals and petitions;
- Student contact hours.
Requirements
Bachelor or Graduate degree in Design or Fine Arts.
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications: Academic and professional expertise in the field of Advertisement and Branding.
