About the role

Room Service Servers are responsible for presenting guests' food and beverage preferences in a timely manner and at the correct temperature. Servers engage in casual conversations and enhance the guest experience with their service style and attributes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver room service orders promptly and at the proper temperature
• Engage in casual conversations to enhance the guest experience
• Perform general room service meal preparation
• Retrieve trays from guest rooms
• Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment

Qualifications

• A genuine desire to meet the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Physical stamina to lift moderate loads
