About the role

As a Room Service Server at Grand Hyatt Deer Valley, you will deliver guests’ food and beverage preferences promptly and at the correct temperature. You will engage in casual conversations to enhance the guest experience through your service style and personal attributes. Additional duties include general room-service meal preparation, tray retrieval, and maintaining a clean, hygienic environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms in a timely manner and at the proper temperature
• Engage guests in casual conversation to enhance their experience
• Prepare room-service meals as needed
• Retrieve trays from guest rooms
• Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment

Requirements

• A genuine desire to meet the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Physical stamina to lift moderate loads
