About the role

Room Service Servers are responsible for delivering guests' food and beverage preferences in a timely manner and at the correct temperature. Servers engage in casual conversations and enhance the experience with their service style and attributes. Additional duties include general room service meal preparation, tray retrieval, and maintaining a hygienic environment.
