Servers engage in casual conversations and enhance the experience with their service style and attributes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms promptly and at the correct temperature
• Engage in casual conversations to enhance guest experiences
• Prepare general room service meals
• Retrieve trays from guest rooms
• Maintain a clean and hygienic environment

Qualifications

• A genuine desire to meet the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Physical stamina to lift moderate loads
