About the role
As a Field Services Specialist, you will be responsible for all resources and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers' sites/properties. These activities contribute to maintaining, repairing, and refurbishing sold or existing products.
Responsibilities
- Handle all activities related to the testing and validation of equipment, facility, or plant in accordance with the design objectives or specifications for operational use.
- Communicate effectively the findings and recommendations via reports and verbal communication.
- Maintain calibration of specialized tools.
- Handle standardized project processes and guidelines for choosing the right actions.
- Relay and implement the processes and procedures that are frequently updated by other functions.
- Work on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience with field maintenance ideally in an industrial environment.
- Experience in Low Voltage electrical troubleshooting.
- Exposure to general networking practices/architectures.
- Ability to travel 65-80% of the time both by vehicle and air travel depending on location.
- Computer literacy skills including Microsoft Office suite and Windows Operating Systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering, applied engineering or technology (preferred).

Pay
The annual pay scale for this position is between $68,520.00 - $147,280.00.
Schedule
65% or more travel. You will be paid for travel time as well as overtime if more than 8 hours are worked a day. Travel costs will also be paid.
