Services Specialist - Commissioning

As a Field Services Specialist, you will be responsible for all resources and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers' sites/properties. These activities contribute to maintaining, repairing, and refurbishing sold or existing products.

Responsibilities

• Handling all activities related to the testing and validation of equipment, facility, or plant in accordance with the design objectives or specifications for operational use
• Communicating effectively the findings and recommendations via reports and verbal communication
• Maintaining calibration of specialized tools
• Handling standardized project processes and guidelines for choosing the right actions
• Relaying and implementing the processes and procedures that are frequently updated by other functions
• Working on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience with field maintenance ideally in an industrial environment
• Experience in Low Voltage electrical troubleshooting
• Exposure to general networking practices/architectures
• Ability to travel 65-80% of the time both by vehicle and air travel depending on location
• Computer literacy skills including Microsoft Office suite and Windows Operating Systems
• Valid work authorization in the country of employment; employer is unable to sponsor work authorization for this role at any time

Preferred qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering, applied engineering or technology

Pay

Annual pay scale between $68,520.00 – $147,280.00. The salary range posted reflects the projected hiring range for new hires, full-time salaries in some U.S. locations, not including equity or benefits. Actual compensation depends on geographic work location, skillset, qualifications, internal pay alignment, level of experience, and demonstrated performance over time.

Schedule

65% or more travel. Travel time is paid, as well as overtime if more than 8 hours are worked a day. Travel costs are also paid.
