About the role
As a Field Services Specialist, you will manage all resources and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers' sites. This includes testing and validating equipment, facilities, or plants to meet design objectives or specifications for operational use. You will communicate findings and recommendations through reports and verbal updates, maintain calibration of specialized tools, and follow standardized project processes and guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Handle all activities related to testing and validation of equipment, facilities, or plants in accordance with design objectives or specifications.
- Communicate findings and recommendations effectively via reports and verbal communication.
- Maintain calibration of specialized tools.
- Follow standardized project processes and guidelines for choosing the right actions.
- Relay and implement processes and procedures updated by other functions.
- Work within predefined contracts and frameworks.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in field maintenance, ideally in an industrial environment.
- Experience in Low Voltage electrical troubleshooting.
- Exposure to general networking practices/architectures.
- Ability to travel 65-80% of the time, both by vehicle and air, depending on location.
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Windows Operating Systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering, applied engineering, or technology.
Schedule
- 65% or more travel required.
- Paid travel time and overtime for workdays exceeding 8 hours.
- Travel costs covered.
Pay
The annual pay scale for this position is between $68,520.00 and $147,280.00. The final salary will depend on factors such as geographic work location, skillset, qualifications, internal pay alignment, level of experience, and demonstrated performance. This role is eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses, subject to the terms of applicable benefit plans or policies.
