Job Description
This is a remote position.
- En selling to named accounts, acquiring new customers is generally rare and is typically subject to a verification process. Includes key accounts within a single activity/account performance group.
- Bases actions on a deep understanding of their sales territory and that of their colleagues, product ranges, markets, sales processes, or client groups, but also on analytical skills and commercial experience to implement a policy/stategy.
- Has a thorough knowledge of best practices and how their own domain integrates with others. Has practical knowledge of competition and what sets them apart on the market.
- Shows discernment and is capable of proposing different solutions outside defined parameters to resolve more complex daily problems related to projects, product ranges, markets, sales processes, or clients. Ability to prioritize information for decision-making. Based on technical expertise and analytical skills. Uses limited internal and external resources to help make decisions.
- These commercial roles are primarily considered contributors individually. A role at this level requires strong interpersonal skills. Acts as a resource for less experienced colleagues. Can lead small projects with low risk and resource needs. Explains information. Develops skills to bring team members to consensus on relevant issues. Communicates performance expectations and can manage sensitive issues.

- For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $92,800.00 and $154,700.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
- Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
