Educational Requirement: Minimum Education Requirement of High School Diploma/GED equivalent. Work Authorization: Candidates must be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship" - Physical Demands: list of physical demands. We need to decide sections. We have: - About the role: could be the initial description paragraph(s) describing role, mission, etc. - Responsibilities: the bullet list under "What Winning Looks Like" (Team Leadership & Culture etc). Could also include monitoring services etc earlier but that is part of responsibilities. - Requirements: includes functional experiences, skills, requirements (mission-oriented, attitude of learning, ability to communicate, confidence, age, driver's license, reliable transportation, educational requirement, work authorization). Also physical demands could be part of Requirements or separate? Usually physical demands are part of Requirements. We'll include them under Requirements. - Qualifications: maybe overlapping with Requirements; but we can combine. The instruction says use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which to include based on content. We have specific content for Benefits (list of benefits), Pay (base pay $22.63/hour), Schedule (In Office/On Site position, Monday through Friday and requires on call rotation; also mention 24/7 service provider flexible scheduling). So we can include Benefits, Pay, Schedule sections. We also have Skills maybe from functional experiences: mission-oriented, attitude of learning, ability to communicate well, confidence. Could be Skills section. But we already have Requirements covering those. To avoid duplication, we could put those under Skills and keep Requirements for age, license, transportation, education, work auth, physical demands. But the instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we might combine. Better: Use sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (including qualifications, skills, physical demands), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not include headings with filler text. Ensure each section has substantive content. Let's extract content. About the role: combine first paragraph(s) describing role, mission, etc. Could be: "This role operates administratively in a variety of different Service Departments. Rather than institutionalizing individuals who have these physical and mental health needs, we provide these individuals with the opportunity to live and receive services in a way honoring to them and their abilities. Service Programmers provide a fresh look at the services we provide. Within the team, you’ll join the mission of empowering people to reach individual achievement across the spectrum of life. Your consistent leadership will provide your team with the trusted foundation they need to make a difference in the lives of the people we serve." That seems good. Responsibilities: the bullet list under "What Winning Looks Like". We'll list each as
  • . Responsibilities items: - Team Leadership & Culture: Build and maintain a positive team culture through active staff engagement, regular team meetings, coaching, and ongoing support. Participate in on-call responsibilities and provide short-notice coverage when needed to maintain continuity of services. - Resource & Operational Management: Oversee key resources and operational needs, including vehicle scheduling, individual budgets, representative payee coordination, medication check-ins, appointment scheduling, transportation, and other supports necessary for effective service delivery. - Person-Centered Service Coordination: Coordinate with individuals, families/guardians, case managers, Medicaid Community Based Care Managers (CBCM), and the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) to develop individualized plans, establish goals and outcomes, maintain authorizations and required assessments, and monitor individual progress. - Compliance & Documentation: Ensure services comply with applicable agency policies, laws, regulations, and industry standards. Collaborate with internal teams and community partners to strengthen resources, relationships, and opportunities available to individuals served. We could also include earlier responsibility "monitoring services, creating new strategies to reach goals, and coordinate services" but that's covered in About the role maybe. We'll keep as is. Requirements: include functional experiences, skills, requirements (mission-oriented, attitude of learning, ability to communicate, confidence) plus age, driver's license, reliable transportation, insurance proof, educational requirement, work authorization, physical demands. But we might split skills into Skills section. However we have limited sections; we can include them under Requirements. Let's list requirements as bullet list: - Mission-oriented: committed to empowering people to reach individual achievement across the spectrum of life. - Attitude of Learning: ready to learn new ways of doing things, helping people, and changing lives. - Ability to Communicate Well: strong communication abilities to communicate effectively with team and individuals served. - Confidence: balance being bold and humble; self-aware to know when to advocate and when to follow. - Age Requirement: at least 18 years of age. - Driver’s License: valid driver’s license; responsible for transportation. - Reliable Transportation: must have reliable transportation and provide proof of automobile insurance covering $100,000/$300,000/$50,000 liability coverage. - Educational Requirement: High School Diploma or GED equivalent. - Work Authorization: eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. - Physical Demands: may require lifting up to 35 pounds (more requires two-person lift or equipment); prolonged sitting/working at computer up to eight hours; frequent bending, stooping, stretching; prolonged standing up to eight hours; must wear hearing and eye protection in required areas; ability to see objects/persons at a distance; ability to see close work such as typed or handwritten material; ability to hear conversations in quiet and noisy environments; ability to determine sound direction; ability to hear differences among bells, buzzers, beeps, horns; ability to communicate through speech; ability to drive and transport for service provision as needed; must remain awake during working hours where applicable.
