About the role
The Services Marketing Professional is primarily responsible for the development and/or delivery of integrated end-customer go-to-market (GTM) programs for multiple services and capabilities, such as HPE Complete Care Service, HPE Tech Care Service, and HPE Managed Services. This role focuses on outbound (customer-facing) activities.
Responsibilities
- Define and/or manage execution of services marketing strategies and tactical plans.
- Develop and/or manage marketing program budgets.
- Align organizations and processes to achieve program goals.
- Develop and/or manage delivery of value propositions and messaging for assigned services offerings.
- Develop and/or execute deliverables that drive external awareness.
- Manage customer-facing aspects of new service introductions and contribute messaging to new product introductions.
- Refresh services messaging and end-of-life (EOL) messages.
- Measure services marketing effectiveness using closed-loop analysis.
- Drive continuous improvements to marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Apply an intermediate level of subject-matter knowledge to solve a variety of common business issues.
- Work on problems of moderately complex scope.
- Act as an informed team member providing analysis of information and limited project direction input.
- Exercise independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action.
- Follow established guidelines, interpret policies, and evaluate unique circumstances to make recommendations.
In this role, you will also:
- Perform analysis to drive or support services marketing activities, such as competitive analysis and synthesis of syndicated or primary research.
- Collaborate with Business, Marketing Communications, Delivery, and other teams to execute services marketing plans.
- Track and report program metrics.
- Assist with key event planning and execution.
- Develop and communicate closed-loop post-analysis of assigned programs.
- Create messaging and content for services marketing programs.
- Perform marketing operations activities as required (e.g., purchase orders, asset publishing).
Requirements
- BA or BS in Marketing or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 3+ years of marketing experience.
- Sales and/or channel experience is a plus.

Pay
The expected salary/wage range for this position is provided below. Actual offers may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education/training, and skill level.
- United States of America: Annual base salary of USD 75,400 – 143,200 in Colorado; USD 71,500 – 164,400 in Georgia and Texas.
- Variable incentives may also be offered.
