Marketing Specialist

What You'll Do

• Support national lead generation initiatives by analyzing campaign performance and recommending optimizations.
• Create and maintain marketing reports, dashboards, and source attribution to help drive smarter business decisions.
• Cook up and manage marketing projects, vendors, and lead generation programs from planning through execution.
• Maintain budgets and marketing expenses while supporting financial reporting and forecasting.
• Partner closely with brand, digital, product marketing, finance, legal, and agency teams to ensure marketing initiatives stay on track and deliver results.

What We're Looking For

• 2-3 years of marketing experience with a strong foundation in direct response or performance marketing.
• Experience using analytics and reporting to optimize marketing programs and improve lead generation.
• Highly organized with excellent project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills with the confidence to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
