Responsibilities
- Assist with inventory management and ordering office supplies for multiple office locations.
- Help maintain the professional appearance and cleanliness of Firm offices.
- Assist in ensuring offices remain safe, functional, and well-maintained.
- Help coordinate office repairs and maintenance.
- Assist with basic troubleshooting of office technology, computers, printers, lighting, security systems, and other office equipment.
- Ensure conference room technology, telephones, and video conferencing equipment are functioning properly for meetings.
- Maintain beverage stations and ensure refreshments are adequately stocked.
- Coordinate and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers.
- Assist with office moves, furniture setup, and other facilities-related projects as needed.
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
- Typing speed of approximately 45 WPM or higher.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Basic IT or technology troubleshooting experience is preferred.
- Prior facilities, maintenance, office services, property management, or law firm experience is a plus, but not required.
