Servicer A (Bus Cleaner)

About the role

Under the direction and supervision of the Shop Foreman and Manager of Fleet & Facility Maintenance, the Servicer A cleans MTS Bus vehicles, divisional garages, shops and office areas, and performs in-route bus changes.

Responsibilities

• Scrub exteriors
• Clean interiors including walls, seats and windows
• Sweep and mop bus floors
• Spray for insects as required
• Park buses in assigned locations
• Ensure shops are clean using solvent cleaners
• Empty waste baskets and trash barrels
• Clean lavatories and replenish paper products
• Remove litter from yard areas
• Maintain written record of bus mileage and cleaning record
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be 19 years of age or older and have high school diploma or GED.
• Must possess and maintain a valid California driver's license at the time of application.
