About the role

Broad IT experience of 4 to 8 years working within a large enterprise on implementation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Understand Vulnerability response process and map it with ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) modules.
• Have hands-on experience of Vulnerability Response modules.
• Understand how VIT (Vulnerability Items) gets created in ServiceNow.
• Have good understanding of Vulnerability Response concepts like Solutions, False Positives, Exceptions etc..
• Have configuration experience of CMDB (configuration Management Data base).
• Have configuration experience of Configuration Item look-up rules for VIT assignments.
• Have knowledge of Rest and Soap API’s.
• Have worked on any one third party Scanner integration with ServiceNow e.g., WIZ, Tenable, Qualys.
• Working Experience of items like, Business Rules, UI pages, UI Macros, UI Scripts, Script Includes ACL’s, Client Scripts, Custom Tables etc.

Qualifications

• ServiceNow Admin Certificate.
• ServiceNow Sec-ops (VR) Certified Implementation Specialists.
• ITIL Foundation.
