ServiceNow Technical Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant to build and maintain solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom scoped applications. The role focuses on hands-on configuration and development — including workflows, Flow Designer, scripting, integrations, UI customization, and platform extensions — while applying best practices that keep the platform clean, upgrade-safe, and performant.

Responsibilities

• Built and maintained solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom scoped applications
• Hands-on configuration and development including workflows, Flow Designer, scripting, integrations, UI customization, and platform extensions
• Apply best practices to ensure the platform remains clean, upgrade-safe, and performant

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
• Strong JavaScript (ES5/ES6) programming skills
• Expertise with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and UI Policies
• Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Servers
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow data model, CMDB, and Service Portal development
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, or ITOM)
• Experience with Now Assist, GenAI Controller, or App Engine Studio
• Exposure to multi-instance ServiceNow environments

Pay

$100,000–$150,000 Annually
