About the role
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant to build and maintain solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom scoped applications. The role focuses on hands-on configuration and development — including workflows, Flow Designer, scripting, integrations, UI customization, and platform extensions — while applying best practices that keep the platform clean, upgrade-safe, and performant.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
- Strong JavaScript (ES5/ES6) programming skills
- Expertise with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and UI Policies
- Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Servers
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow data model, CMDB, and Service Portal development
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
- 6+ years of experience

Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, or ITOM)
- Experience with Now Assist, GenAI Controller, or App Engine Studio
- Exposure to multi-instance ServiceNow environments
Pay
$100,000–$150,000 Annually
