ServiceNow Technical Architect

About the role

The ideal candidate will lead platform strategy, roadmap planning, solution architecture, service delivery, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and innovative ServiceNow solutions aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern the ServiceNow platform roadmap, release management, backlog prioritization, and platform lifecycle.
• Establish governance frameworks, standards, best practices, and architecture principles.
• Lead platform modernization initiatives and adoption of new ServiceNow capabilities.
• Define operational metrics, and continuous improvement strategies.
• Design scalable enterprise solutions across ServiceNow modules including: ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, CSM, CMDB & CSDM, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, Employee Center.
• Provide architecture leadership for complex business transformations.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and platform standards.
• Lead integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications such as: SAP, Intune, Dynatrace, SolarWinds, CrowdStrike, LeanIX, Apptio, Horizons, BT Digital Services, Identity and Asset Management platforms.
• Define integration architecture using REST APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Servers, and event-driven designs.
• Lead CMDB strategy, governance, data quality initiatives, and service mapping programs.
• Drive CSDM adoption and alignment across business and technical services.
• Manage large-scale ServiceNow programs from requirements through production support.
• Coordinate with business leaders, vendors, architects, and development teams.
• Lead global development and support teams.
• Mentor developers, architects, business analysts, and administrators.
• Drive delivery excellence, resource planning, and knowledge management initiatives.
• Engage with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE

Pay

Base Salary Range : $135,000 to $150,000 Per Annum
