About the role

We are a global professional services organization that serves as a vital services partner to major cloud providers, including ServiceNow, AWS, Azure, and Google. As a Technical Architect with the ServiceNow Business Group, you will be responsible for architecting system solutions using ServiceNow and guiding clients through the implementation process.

Responsibilities

  • Drive continuous improvement of implementation methodology and service offerings based on client feedback.
  • Manage and lead teams of ServiceNow Developers in a technical management and mentorship capacity.
  • Provide leadership oversight on critical ServiceNow programs at Fortune 500 clients.
  • Identify opportunities to provide additional value to clients and collaborate with ServiceNow account teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years' experience working with ServiceNow in a Technical Architecture, Lead Engineer, or equivalent senior technical role.
  • Minimum 8 years' experience driving enterprise IT transformation and platform strategy.
  • Minimum 6 years' experience leading and mentoring ServiceNow Developers and/or Technical Architects.
  • Minimum 6 years' experience establishing and enforcing architectural and engineering standards.
  • Minimum 6 years' experience with advanced scripting and development on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Minimum 6 years' experience delivering solutions in Agile delivery models.
  • Minimum of 3 ServiceNow certifications: System Administrator/CSA, Application Developer/CAD, and CIS - ITSM or equivalent domain certification.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience (minimum 12 years total work experience); Associate’s degree with 6 years additional relevant work experience.
  • Experience with enterprise data architectures, integrations, or cloud-native patterns.
  • Cloud migration or modernization experience.
  • ITIL certification.
  • Strong background integrating ServiceNow with AWS, Azure, or other enterprise platforms.
  • Experience building proofs of concept, prototypes, or innovation pilots.
  • Demonstrated success contributing to sales pursuits, technical wins, or account growth.
  • Prior experience shaping platform strategy or center-of-excellence models.

  • Proven ability to lead at scale, influencing outcomes across multiple teams, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, systems-thinking, and problem-solving skills in complex environments.

  • Demonstrated leadership presence, credibility, and emotional intelligence.
  • Experience providing technical advisory or architectural guidance to senior client stakeholders, including executives and enterprise architects.
  • Experience serving as a technical escalation point on large, complex, or high-risk ServiceNow programs.

Pay

Annual salary range: $132,500 to $302,400

Schedule

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
