ServiceNow Technical Architect

Role and Accountabilities

We are seeking a highly accomplished and visionary ServiceNow Architect with deep expertise across ServiceNow's IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Service Management (ITSM), and Security Operations modules, alongside robust integration capabilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and guiding the implementation of comprehensive, scalable, and secure ServiceNow solutions that align with business objectives and adhere to ServiceNow best practices. This role demands a strong understanding of ITOM Discovery and Service Mapping.

In addition, the successful candidate(s) will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions that align with business objectives and adhere to ServiceNow best practices.
• Guide the implementation of comprehensive, scalable, and secure ServiceNow solutions.
• Understand and apply ITOM Discovery and Service Mapping principles.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in IT Service Management and IT Operations Management, with a focus on ServiceNow. They should also have a strong background in ITIL, SDLC, and Agile methodologies. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.

Pay

The pay range for this role is estimated at $135,040.00 to $189,056.00. Additionally, this role will be eligible for a short-term incentive based on company results and individual performance.
