Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions
- Define and manage the enterprise ServiceNow architecture roadmap
- Translate business and technical requirements into integrated ServiceNow solutions
- Arcitect complex integrations utilizing REST/SOAP APIs
- Establish and enforce platform governance and development standards
- Conduct architecture and code reviews to ensure quality and performance
- Drive adoption of DevSecOps practices within the team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 10+ years of professional experience
- Experience as a lead ServiceNow Architect on large-scale implementations
- Active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification preferred
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow architecture including CMDB and data modeling
- Experience with complex enterprise integrations
- Strong understanding of security architecture and compliance frameworks
- Experience with DevOps/CI-CD tools for ServiceNow delivery
