ServiceNow Technical Architect

Responsibilities

• Architect system solutions with ServiceNow and describe the solution with ease.
• Provide leadership oversight on critical ServiceNow programs at Fortune 500 clients.
• Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences.
• Manage and lead teams of ServiceNow Developers in a technical management and mentorship capacity.
• Identify opportunities to provide additional value to our clients and work internally with the ServiceNow account teams to progress the work.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years knowledge and experience working with ServiceNow in Development & Technical Architecture capacity.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience directly driving IT transformation & strategy planning. Preferably in a high-tech consulting environment.
• Minimum of 4 years’ leading teams of ServiceNow Developers as a technical manager and mentor.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience implementing & enforcing standards, such as: code reviews & architectural reviews.
• Minimum of 6 years' experience with advanced scripting skills – JavaScript, SQL.
• Minimum of 6 years' experience with Agile methodologies like SCRUM, Kanban & Wagile.
• At least three ServiceNow certifications - System Admin, Application Developer and ITSM preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. If associate degree, must have minimum 6 years' work experience.

Qualifications

• Desire to work in an information systems environment.
• Strong background working with Enterprise Software companies and/or Consulting companies.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) while providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving governance, program/project management, business process and/or technical problems.

Pay

Annual Salary Range: $94,400 to $266,300
