About the role
ServiceNow Technical Architect (Remote, Full‑Time) requiring 6‑8 years of experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop workflows and customize forms in ServiceNow
- Work with ServiceNow Virtual Agent (VA) and Now Assist
- Integrate ServiceNow with monitoring, AI Ops and automation tools (e.g., PagerDuty, Ansible)
- Apply understanding of on‑prem and AWS infrastructure/application components to execute automations
- Leverage knowledge of monitoring and AI Ops tools
Requirements
- 6‑8 years of relevant experience
- Deep knowledge and experience in ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules
