Responsibilities
- Manage Uline’s ServiceNow platform, including applications, modules, and workflows to meet business needs.
- Provide technical support by troubleshooting platform issues, resolving incidents, and ensuring timely issue resolution.
- Monitor system performance, manage upgrades, and maintain user access to ensure reliable platform operations.
- Build custom dashboards and reports to identify trends and support continuous service improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in administering End User Computing (EUC) applications preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, JavaScript, and ServiceNow customization.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
