About the role

Join Uline as a ServiceNow System Administrator and help manage, enhance, and support our ServiceNow platform, ensuring reliable and efficient service delivery across our growing North American company.

Responsibilities

• Manage Uline’s ServiceNow platform, including applications, modules, and workflows to meet business needs.
• Provide technical support by troubleshooting platform issues, resolving incidents, and ensuring timely issue resolution.
• Monitor system performance, manage upgrades, and maintain user access to ensure reliable platform operations.
• Build custom dashboards and reports to identify trends and support continuous service improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in administering End User Computing (EUC) applications preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, JavaScript, and ServiceNow customization.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
