About the Opportunity:The SERVICENOW SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR / PLATFORM OPERATIONS LEAD is responsible for overseeing the daily operation and health of an enterprise ServiceNow platform serving a federal agency. This role ensures platform stability, security compliance, and effective incident resolution, directly contributing to uninterrupted service delivery and compliance with government standards. Responsibilities:Lead daily platform operations including incident, problem, change, release, and maintenance management using ServiceNow.Perform Tier 2/Tier 3 triage and restoration for platform issues, managing severity, ownership, and escalation.Monitor platform health metrics, logs, and performance indicators; maintain health dashboards.Manage ServiceNow configurations, user roles, applications, settings, and licenses.Oversee MID Servers and enterprise integrations, including SSO and cloud/on-premise connections.Coordinate patches, upgrades, and releases following change control and validation processes.Facilitate testing and validation for platform releases ensuring readiness.Maintain security controls and evidence; escalate security or privacy incidents appropriately.Develop and update operational documentation, SOPs, runbooks, and perform shift handoffs.Manage vendor support cases for platform issues, ensuring resolution and evidence retention. Requirements:Minimum five years experience administering enterprise ServiceNow environments.ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).Experience with MID Servers, IntegrationHub, SSO, service accounts, and platform connectivity.Knowledge of incident/problem/change/release management and operational documentation.Experience implementing platform access and security controls in controlled environments.Ability to lead operations and coordinate across extended service periods.U.S. citizenship and eligibility for High Risk IT background investigation. Pay Range and Compensation Package:Salary range: $110,000 to $130,000, determined based on candidate experience, skills, and other factors.
