Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the TPO to shape solution designs, validate requirements, and define scalable technical approaches.
- Perform techno-functional analysis, translating business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
- Design, configure, and develop on the ServiceNow SMT platform, including workflows, integrations, catalog items, UI policies, and automation.
- Support BAU activities such as issue remediation, minor enhancements, system optimization, testing, and documentation.
- Ensure platform governance, adherence to best practices, and maintain high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional squads, architects, and platform owners to align with enterprise standards.
- Design and document functional solution designs, process flows, and configuration strategies.
- Contribute to platform governance through alignment with SMT COE standards and release practices.
- Support BAU operations and continuous improvement initiatives within the Work Management domain.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- 5+ years of ServiceNow hands-on development & solutioning experience.
- Prior experience operating in a techno-functional hybrid role, engaging business stakeholders as well as contributing to development.
- Proven experience with Flow Designer.
- Strong understanding of data modelling.
- Ability to create functional designs and solution documentation.
